01The agreement
These terms are the agreement between you and Vespera for using vspera.me and its services: Mirror, Souk and Anchor. By creating an account or using the services, you agree to them.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information and is part of these terms. If you use the services for an organisation, you confirm you are allowed to accept these terms on its behalf.
02The services
Vespera provides services that share one account:
- Mirror lets you build and publish portfolios, CVs and personal sites.
- Souk lets you create online shops, storefront pages and manage orders.
- Anchor helps you organise tasks and projects, talk to an assistant, and write and send emails, including batches of personal emails, from your own Gmail account.
The services are developing actively. We may add, change or remove features, and we will give reasonable notice before removing something you depend on where we can.
03Your account
- You must be at least 16 years old, or the minimum age required in your country to agree to these terms without a parent’s consent.
- Give accurate information and keep it up to date.
- Keep your password and sign-in methods secure. You are responsible for what happens under your account; tell us promptly at privacy@vspera.me if you think it has been compromised.
- An account is for one person. Do not share it or create accounts to get around limits or suspensions.
04Your content
You own what you create. Portfolios, CVs, products, pages, tasks, emails and files you add remain yours.
So that we can run the services, you give Vespera a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, copy, process, display and deliver your content, only as needed to operate, secure and improve the services for you. When you make something public, such as a portfolio or a shop, you also allow it to be shown to anyone who visits it. This licence ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies we must keep for legal reasons.
You confirm that you have the rights needed for the content you add, including images, names, and details of other people such as customers or email recipients, and that it does not break the law or anyone else’s rights.
05Acceptable use
Do not use Vespera to:
- break the law, or help someone else do so;
- send spam, meaning unsolicited bulk or commercial email that the law does not allow, or email to people who asked not to be contacted;
- deceive people: impersonate others, send phishing messages, or publish fraudulent shops or offers;
- publish content that is illegal, hateful, harassing, sexually exploitative or violent, or that infringes intellectual property;
- upload malware or attack, probe or overload the services or other users;
- scrape the services, or access them by automated means other than the interfaces we provide;
- get around usage limits, access controls or activation codes, or use another person’s account without permission;
- use AI features to create content that breaks these rules or the policies of the AI provider involved.
06Sending email with Anchor
When you connect Gmail, you authorise Anchor to send email from your Gmail account only when you press Send, for the emails you selected. Emails are sent as you, and you are responsible for them.
- Your recipients: only write to people you have a lawful basis to contact, include accurate sender information, and respect requests to stop. Anti-spam and data protection laws where you and your recipients live apply to what you send.
- Google’s rules: your use of Gmail through Anchor must also follow Google’s terms and Gmail’s sending limits. Google may limit or suspend sending from your account independently of Vespera.
- Tracking: if you switch on open or click tracking, you are responsible for informing recipients where the law requires it. Open and click information is an estimate and may be incomplete or inaccurate.
- Review before sending: check every email, especially ones written with AI, before you send it. A sent email cannot be recalled.
07AI features
AI features write, translate and suggest content based on what you provide. Output can be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable, and similar output may be produced for other users. You are responsible for reviewing it and for how you use it.
If you choose Puter, the AI runs in your browser under your own Puter account, and Puter’s terms and usage allowance apply, including its free daily limit. If you connect your own AI provider, that provider’s terms and charges apply as well.
08Selling with Souk
If you run a shop, you are the seller. You are responsible for your products, descriptions, prices, fulfilment, returns, customer service, taxes and following consumer protection and other laws that apply to your sales. Vespera provides the software and is not a party to sales between shops and their customers.
09Plans, payments and activation codes
- Some features require a paid plan. Plans, prices and what they include are shown in the services and may change; changes apply from your next billing period, with notice.
- Payments are arranged directly with Vespera, and no card details are stored on the platform. Unless the law requires otherwise, fees already paid are not refundable.
- Activation codes unlock optional cosmetic items, such as looks for Anchor. An item unlocked with a valid code stays available on your account even if the code later changes. Codes have no cash value and may not be sold.
10Third-party services
The services work with others, such as Google, Gmail, Cloudinary, Telegram, Puter and AI providers. Your use of those is also governed by their own terms and policies, and we are not responsible for them. If a third party changes or stops its service, a related Vespera feature may change or stop too.
11Suspension and ending
You can stop using the services at any time and ask us to delete your account at privacy@vspera.me.
We may suspend or close an account, or remove content, if it breaks these terms or the law, puts other users or the services at risk, or if we are required to. Where appropriate we will explain why and give you a chance to respond, unless that would be unlawful or create a risk of harm. Features that are abused, such as email sending or AI, may be limited for an account.
12Disclaimers
We work to keep the services reliable and secure, but they are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we do not promise that they will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that they will meet every need. Keep your own copies of content that matters to you.
13Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Vespera is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, lost opportunities or lost data, arising from your use of the services, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the services in the 12 months before the claim.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as liability for gross negligence, wilful misconduct, or your rights as a consumer under mandatory law.
14Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the services change. The effective date at the top shows the latest version. If a change is significant, we will tell you in the services or by email before it takes effect. If you keep using the services after that, the updated terms apply; if you do not agree, you can stop using them and close your account.
